  • Squeeze out the fresh lemon juice on your entire face and neck and also on the other body parts. Sit for 10 minutes after applying then rinse off with lukewarm water.
  • Alternatively, squeeze out the juice of ½ of a lemon and mix in 2 tbsps of raw honey. Apply on your face then leave for 15 minutes before rinsing it off.

  • Take equal amounts of turmeric powder and gram flour and mix them with a little water or milk.
  • Apply on your skin and leave it for sometimes until it gets dried.
  • Wash with lukewarm water, scrub your skin in a circular motion.

7. Oil Pulling

Oil pulling is a cheap and easy process and it is completely harmless for your skin. For this purpose, your will need only extra-virgin coconut oil.
  • Put 1 tbsp of extra-virgin coconut oil in your mouth.
  • Swish around your mouth for about 20 minutes.
  • Spit out and brush your teeth.
  • Do this in the morning daily with an empty stomach.
