3. Cold Compress

  • Take few ice cubes and wrap in a clean cloth then tie it together.
  •  Put this cold compress on your vagina for 1 minute.

4. Garlic

  • Mix 5 drops of garlic oil with ½ tsp of each vitamin E oil and coconut oil. Apply this on the affected parts for two times daily.
  • Eat few cloves of garlic daily while having lunch or dinner.
  • Optionally, you can take 300mg of garlic supplements daily for few days, but before taking it, you must have to consult your doctor.

5. Boric Acid

  • Put some amount of boric acid/powder inside an empty gel capsule.

6. Chamomile

  • Steep a chamomile tea bag in a cup of hot water for few minutes.
  • Remove the tea bag and put in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
  • Hold the tea bag inside your vagina.

  • Use this remedy 2 times daily until the inflammation is gone.

7. Hydrogen Peroxide
Hydrogen peroxide, in this case is an effective treatment. It is a natural disinfecting agent which helps in controlling the growth of bad bacteria and stops them to spread the vaginitis. Use only three percent of hydrogen peroxide in case of vaginitis.
  • Mix equal amounts of 3 percent hydrogen peroxide and 3 percent of water.
  • Use this solution to wash your vagina then wait for 10 minutes. After that rinse it off with cold water.
  • Do this remedy two times daily for few days.

8. Tea Tree Oil

  • Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water per day.

10. Maintain Vaginal Hygiene
